Hello again vague nebulous on non-readership! It seems things are less exciting for the non-educated reader when on is not travelling. But we're in Perth moving into our new house in Como next month. It's not pretty... well we think it is an using the term "art deco" liberally. There will be chooks, a shed, vege patch and I'm hoping for an A grade basketball hoop. I've called "Sport Surfaces" and they have quoted the pad... I can't afford it.It's a 727m2 block with an old 2bed 1 sleep out 30's thing with no air con and an outdoor laundry / toilet. The most common response we've got is "Why??" or "That's a knock over surely??" and sometimes "What a dump".
The previous owner battled on with no air-con, drilling fluro's into beautiful architrave's and let's the poison ivy let loose! Urrgggh. The good news it has high ceilings, a LARGE a shed and we are NEVER moving again.
